  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    Robi Rose will offer a store credit for the return of any items within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). All sale item(s) and convention sales are final. Shipping fees are not refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Store credit will be issued for the cost of the purchased items only.
  • WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    Robi Rose accepts MasterCard and Visa.
  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
    We currently do not offer gift cards, but we hope to in the near future. Please check back again soon for new offerings and updates.
  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
  • WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?
    All packages are shipped via USPS
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
    Currently, we only ship in the USA.
